Logos
This is a personal project of mine where I practiced on local businesses in East Lansing, and redesigned their logo. Local favorites stemming from bars to bookstores.

Foster Coffee Co.
Foster Coffee Co. is a local coffee shop in the downtown East Lansing area. They place an importance on helping the community, and giving back. I incorporated a circle of people to help portray that aspect of their company more, in addition to working with their current brand colors (plus I added a coffee bean for small detail!)

Student Book Store
Student Book Store, SBS, is an East Lansing staple for bookstores. Their logo was designed over 60+ years ago, so I decided to modernize it; however, keeping the same colors to stay true to the brand.

The Tin Can Bar
The Tin Can Bar is a local, hidden gem. They host a ton of fun events, and punch card programs that help bring in a lot of traffic. Updating their logo, and giving it a light-hearted spin could help advertise their fun spirit.

Black Cat Bistro
Black Cat Bistro is a very small, upscale restaurant downtown East Lansing. While re-designing their logo, I wanted to create an elegant feel that still features their signature cat.
